BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Molly Pryor is the Director of Transformation Solutions for Credit and Treasury for Sirius Solutions. She serves as the primary business developer of advisory for best practices, transformation solutions, and SaaS implementations partnering with HighRadius and Sidetrade. These are two top vendors according to Gartner’s Magic Quadrant Integrated Invoice-to-Cash Applications marketplace.
Molly was formerly an Assistant Treasurer of Huntsman Corporation from 2005 to 2020. Her responsibilities included establishing global credit and collection policies and procedures as well as oversight for Huntsman’s $500 million accounts receivable securitization program. She led initiation of corporate foreign exchange hedging to reduce earnings volatility. She served as the lead for Credit Committees for North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific and maintained direct report relationships with offices in these areas. Molly led a financial transformation of the Global Credit organization, developing consistent credit risk assessment and modeling practices as well as industry leading collection practices. The team improved working capital by $128 million with $1.1 billion in A/R. She was an early adopter and implementer of HighRadius, a local SaaS private company that offers a cloud based integrated receivables platform automating the invoice to cash process. Molly’s team monitored and reported on aggregate and concentrated credit risk to the Audit Committee.
Molly received a BA from The University of Texas and a MBA from The University of Michigan in finance. She offers over 25 years’ experience in people-leadership and credit risk management in financial services, oil and gas, and chemical manufacturing.
Molly has prior fundraising experience Chairing the Christmas holiday event for the New York Junior League as well as for Orwall (Oak Ridge and The Woodlands Area Little League) Opening Day baseball event.
