Eric Peterson, MSc/MBA (Candidate), is a seasoned geoscience and business expert with 20 years in the field, including roles at prominent energy companies such as Schlumberger and BHP. As the current Founder of Honua Resources LLC, he spearheads geothermal energy development by utilizing subsurface mapping and modeling to repurpose depleted wells for clean electricity generation. Peterson is actively securing capital from government, corporate, and private sources to advance Honua's mission of accelerating the transition to renewable energy. Recently accepted to work at the NewLab innovation center in Brooklyn, New York and he is also concurrently pursuing an Executive MBA at the top-ranked NYU Stern School of Business.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events.
