With 20 years experience, Victoria is a proficient licensed engineer, ESG, HSE and Sustainability professional with strong academic and professional credentials. She is a career-minded individual with dynamic experience in Environmental and Civil Engineering, HSE, Energy Transition and Sustainable Development with focused results across diverse businesses. Victoria has over seven years of experience in civil/environmental consulting as a project manager on various projects from client conception through construction completion. Ms. Gerber obtained her Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) Green Associate and Corporate Social Responsibility certifications to merge her significant Civil/Environmental Engineering design experience with her HSE and sustainable development initiatives. Victoria has over twelve years of experience in her corporate and executive HSE roles. While at KBR, she was the leader in integrating GRI indicators into the company's second sustainability report, participated in stakeholder engagement through shareholders and NGOs, and was responsible for investor surveys, such as ESG surveys, Newsweek Green Rankings, ENR Green Rankings, Sustainalytics, and Goldman Sachs Sustain. Victoria lead Eni US' decarbonization efforts through GHG reduction and energy efficiency efforts.
