Derek Adams is the CEO and Founder of EarthBridge Energy, a Texas-based geothermal companyenabling a smooth transition to renewable energy by developing a grid-scaleenergy storage technology. He earned his PhD in Earth and Planetary Sciencefrom Northwestern University and worked for over a decade exploring for anddeveloping large energy projects at ExxonMobil. His passion for energy drovehim to pursue solutions to the energy transition where he leverages hisexpertise in subsurface characterization, reservoir development, and projectmanagement. By building a diverse team of like-minded experts, Derek is leading EarthBridge to enable a 100% renewable energy future.
