Joe Dischinger is a charismatic servant leader and seasoned geoscientist with 25+ years in the global energy industry. He’s led and developed multidisciplinary teams at ExxonMobil to solve some of the most difficult energy challenges. His expertise includes risk management, business and competitive intelligence, strategy development and implementation, portfolio management, and digital transformation. He successfully pivoted to the technology sector as the Global Partner Lead for Energy, AWS helping the industry transform legacy workflows, driving energy technology strategy, and solutions. As President of Dischinger Consulting LLC, he advises independent software vendors, global systems integrators, and startups on strategic technology deployment.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events.
