BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Kathy is currently the Global Head of Responsible Business at Shell International based in the Hague where she leads a team of experts advising the business on topics ranging from international trade and investment, human rights, transparency, sustainable finance, and local content. Prior to Shell, Kathy worked at the World Bank / IFC for more 15+ years advising countries on policies and strategies to maximize the benefits of foreign direct investment (FDI). She has lived or worked in 40+ countries, including emerging markets in Asia and Africa. Kathy is passionate about finding and implementing solutions that are a win for both business and society. She holds degrees and certificates from the John Hopkins University(SAIS), the World Trade Institute, and Oberlin College. In her spare time, she loves to cook (and eat), play tennis, ski, and run.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events.
