Elena is a Senior upstream oil and gas research professional and Petroleum Engineer and Soil Scientist. She has 40 years of experience in the oil and gas sector ranging from commercial oil and gas field operations to managing a multi-million dollar research program.
Elena has been involved in domestic and international policy, Public- Private partnerships, and Interagency & NGO advisory collaboration and advisory committees. She has also worked with technology research and development, subsurface subject matter expert, Conventional and Unconventional reservoirs, as well as onshore and offshore oil and gas production.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events.
