Treva Bendy is an e-learning and education coach who specializes in instructional design and business consulting services. She has over 20 years of experience consulting with clients like ConocoPhillips, BP, Chevron, Waste Management, SYSCO Corporation, Liberty Mutual, and Hewlett Packard. For these and other clients, she has developed custom instructor-led classroom materials and e-learning online courses on a wide variety of technical topics, conducted performance and training needs analyses, facilitated training sessions, created SharePoint websites, and managed global instructional design training programs. Treva Bendy holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston. She knows the comprehensive blueprint to prepare aspiring instructional designers for success in various industries. In a very real sense, this is her life's work!

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events. If you experience or witness a Code of Conduct violation, report it to the GET Board of Directors at directors@getdecarb.org. We base GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION’s (GET) Code of Conduct on the principles of inclusion, equality, diversity, and respect. These guidelines are necessary to ensure that everyone can safely enjoy GET’s events. By purchasing a ticket to, working for, vending at, or sponsoring any GET event, conference, and conference-related social event, you agree to the policies set forth above.
