A fourth-generation Texas oil and gas employee, Jordan Nagel has a passion for working in the energy industry and extensive experience in internal, external, and executive communications. For 15 years, Jordan has been working closely with business leaders at bp, advising them on communications, engagement, change management, and culture transformation. She is currently helping bp define a new culture for their net-zero ambition. She has worked with operational, digital, and training teams and has strong business acumen across the industry. She is currently serving as the Vice Chair and Chair Elect of the International Association of Business Communicators, Southern Region, which includes the southern US, Carribean and Latin America.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events. We base GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION’s (GET) Code of Conduct on the principles of inclusion, equality, diversity, and respect.
