Kevin Moscon is an Associate in the Environment and Natural Resources practice group of Vinson & Elkins in Houston, Texas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Kevin worked four years for Schlumberger as a Subsea Engineer. While at Schlumberger, he was a field engineer and worked offshore on ultra-deepwater projects in the Gulf of Mexico and offshore Brazil. Kevin earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events. If you experience or witness a Code of Conduct violation, report it to the GET Board of Directors at directors@getdecarb.org. We base GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION’s (GET) Code of Conduct on the principles of inclusion, equality, diversity, and respect. These guidelines are necessary to ensure that everyone can safely enjoy GET’s events.
