Donya Ziraksari, a Mechanical Engineer and Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, commenced her professional journey after earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of New Mexico. Specializing in renewable energy, she designed smart grids for new communities. Starting as a Project Engineer at Citgo Refineries, she advanced to manage multimillion-dollar portfolios. Relocating to Houston in 2018, Donya excelled in Project Management roles and later consulted at Accenture, restructuring Capital Project Departments. Currently a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, she leads Data Center development and is actively involved in crafting an Operations Project Management program. In 2020, Donya founded ACED, offering free online courses at the University of New Mexico.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events. We base GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION’s (GET) Code of Conduct on the principles of inclusion, equality, diversity, and respect.
