Ms. Patricia Cassell is a senior HR and Operations manager known for her integrity, professionalism, and expertise in employment law. She develops HR strategies that boost profitability and foster employee growth. With a keen insight into employee relations and corporate culture, she excels in leading dynamic teams and ensuring compliance. Ms. Cassell has a genuine interest in helping people impacted by the energy transition and adds value by leveraging her HR, operations, counseling, marketing, and sales experience. She holds a BS in Business/Accounting from Tidewater College and a BS in Business Administration from Duquesne University.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. Because of the following but not limited to: religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, or age. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events. If you experience or witness a Code of Conduct violation, report it to the GET Board of Directors at directors@getdecarb.org. We base GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION’s (GET) Code of Conduct on the principles of inclusion, equality, diversity, and respect. These guidelines are necessary to ensure that everyone can safely enjoy GET’s events.
