Rakhi Oli, a first-generation immigrant from India, arrived in the United States in 2008. With over 21 years of diverse industry experience, she has held leadership roles with prominent EPCC Contractors, infrastructure firms, and operated her own consulting firm. Currently employed by Flowserve, a global product manufacturing company, Rakhi serves as their Energy Transition Ambassador. She adeptly coordinates initiatives among internal and external stakeholders. Recognized for her expertise in Strategy, Energy Transition, Sustainability, DE&I, Youth Development, and Mentorship, she is a respected figure in the industry. Rakhi is a prolific industry discussion leader and author, honored with the 2023 Exxon Mobil PowerPlay Ambassador Award & the 2022 ESG & Climate Change Award. She is masters in Chemical engineering from IIT-Kanpur, India and Executive Management Candidate at The Wharton School.

GLOBAL ENERGY TRANSITION (GET) will not tolerate any type of harassment of attendees, including the following but not limited to: inappropriate physical or virtual contact, unwelcome sexual attention, display of sexual images in public or virtual spaces, deliberate verbal or physical intimidation, sustained disruption of talks or other events, advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors, verbal, or physical abuse. As an attendee, you are expected to abide by the guidelines set above. At GET’s discretion, those deemed in violation will be removed from virtual or physical venues immediately without a refund and barred from future GET events.
