Pam has 16 years of Change Management/Organizational Development experience. She has spent most of the 16 years consulting with firms such as PwC and Virtual Intelligence Providers and has worked with Major Oil and Gas organizations such as BP, ExxonMobil, and Halliburton.
Pam is a US Army Veteran and earned a Bachelor of Science, Information Systems & Decision Sciences, a Master of Science, Public Administration, and a Master of Science Human Resources & Organizational Development, all from Louisiana State University. Pam holds certifications in PROSCI Change Management, Team Development Master Certified, and is a Six-Sigma Green Belt.
