Rebecca began her 19-year professional career at ExxonMobil.  While there, Rebecca led several practices including Analytics Advisory, Enterprise Digital Strategy Transformation for Data, and Enterprise Data Architecture.

Rebecca championed a unified vision, strategy, and roadmap for extending enterprise-wide capabilities in data, analytics, and data science globally. She used her change management experience to drive transformational decisions for all technology, architecture, and data management initiatives across ExxonMobil’s global ecosystems while sponsoring the communities of practice for all data & analytics architects and data enthusiasts. She attributed her success to partnering with business stakeholders and technology groups to ensure data & analytics support business decision making.

In 2022, she began a new position with WM (Waste Management) as Sr. Director of Data & Analytics Strategy. She is working with senior leaders across the enterprise to re-imagine business operations leveraging the power of Data and AI. She is motivated to digitally enable these critical environmental services for the future!
