Organized and established the internal North America learning practice for a large energy operator and designed change management strategies to bring about consistency across the entire operation, in the O&G Industry. Interfaced with a variety of enterprise areas to include Energy Upstream Organizations, exploration and production, metals, mining, foods, government, and transportation verticals and successfully added value to their enterprises.Axel holds a PhD in Computer Science, from University of Southampton, Southampton, UK, and a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, and Communications from Universidad Iberoamericana of Leon, Mexico. He has coauthored of three books on Statistics and Probability, and five children's books about science.‍
